hello, we have purchased a dongle k 3570-z
it will install on our laptop and work fine.... but our laptop is faulty so we have brought a pc... when we try and install it on there it says administrative privileges arent present to install so it quite installation....
im about 95% sure its not the pc as it has let us install all other things, printer, ipod etc
can anyone help me??
