I'm trying to get in touch with Vodafone regarding a lack of signal at a house I have recently moved in to. When trying to go through the 'Contact Us' page I am directed to Live Chat, which every time I have tried to open over the past 3 or 4 weeks comes up with an error. Is anyone else having this issue?
For some odd reason Vodafone doesn't seem to have an email address to contact these days, which is incredibly frustrating considering I can't get in touch via Live Chat and the lack of signal where I am means I can't call either.

Also the link to the Live Chat still didn't work, it just sent me to the 'Contact Us' page which brought up the error when clicking on Live Chat.

I'm still getting the same issue. I generally use Chrome but have also tried using Internet Explorer, both of which I have tried to use on my work and personal laptops.
I've attached the error message I get.

@wwhyte92 That is weird.
I use Firefox but have just tried it in IE and Chrome for you and they also work OK.

Purely as a matter of interest here is why I never us Chrome except for testing something.
I opened up Chrome to check the Live Chat for you and it was open less than a minute, in that time it managed to download nine tracking cookies to my computer. That's Google's privacy for you!

I get the same page as you initially but as soon as I click on the Live Chat button it comes up with the error. As I say I've tried it in multiple different browsers on different machines.
As for Chrome, I find it very useful and have never had any issues with the tracking.

@wwhyte92 I have just tried again on my iPad and initially got the sorry we are busy message (image) but then it flicked over to an advisor. So if you can get past the initial Help screen it may be worth hanging in there for someone.
