Hello,


I have a blackberry storm on contract and included in that is a data plan allowing me to browse the internet (unlimited) via the handset.

I also own a Samsung netbook that has the provision to insert a sim card in order to go online - "Can I insert the sim card from my blackberry in order to go online with the netbook?", I know i will need the appropriate software but in theory will the phone sim work and will there be no additional costs as the data plan is in place?

Hi ajb1976,

There's no reason that this wouldn't work. However, the data plan you have mentioned comes with a fair usage policy of 500MB and using your phone SIM for full internet browsing experience will use this up very quickly.

As I say, there's no reason it wouldn't work though.
