Vodafone Mobile Broadband - Error 503/504 when accessing one website

I am getting HTTP 503/504 errors on a certain website (www.blackoutrugby.com). I have been able to access the site for the past couple of months and the problem only started the past few days. I have spoken with the site admin who gave me the direct link to the server which gives me access. Please can you look into this problem and advise me?

Hi Toddy1

I can help here :D

Error 503/504 can mean a few different things for ourselves however I have spoken to the technical team and they have advised they believe its down to the content bar being replaced back onto your account for some reason.

To get this resolved all you need to do is give customer services a quick call and they can remove the content bar again for you or alternatively we can also do this for you however we would need to send you an email first and this can take a little longer :D

Please let us know how you get on and we'll be in touch.

Thanks

Hi matthew,

But I can still access other sites that were previously blocked by content filtering.

Can you email me at (email removed for security)

Thanks.

Hi toddy1,

I've just tried that website on my phone browser, and it loads fine.

Can you confirm for us what device you are using when trying to access the website?

Jon,

It's a PAYG K3565 mobile broadband dongle.

It used to work fine for me too until 5 or so days ago. Like I said I have spoken to the site admin who said it is not a problem with his servers and even gave me a direct link to them which works fine.

Regards,
Mark.

Hi toddy1,

We've replicated this issue in-house as well. We will need to raise this fault to our Data Bearer team, so an email is on its way to you now requesting a few details :)
