Hi Helen S and welcome to the eForum

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems here. How long have you had the SIM card? If its quite an old one is it one that you have recently?

If you haven't used it in a while then the chances are that the number has been recycled. Don't worry though you can pop into any of our Vodafone stores and pick up another SIM. Or you can order one directly from our website. Free of charge of course :)

Pay as you talk SIM card

Please let me know if you have any more questions and we'll be more than happy to help you further

Thanks

Wayne

Try taking the sim out and cleaning the contacts with a soft cloth.

If that does not work you may need a new sim, you can order one via Live Chat or a Vodafone store can do a sim swap for you.

From your location either Live Chat or 191 would seem the best way to proceed.
