Vodafone Smart 4 Power

My Vodafone Smart 4 Power stopped responding to what I input onto the screen or nothing would happen or there would be a very long pause.   So I reset my vodafone and somehow before it completed the reset it stopped functioning.  I had to power off and since restarting I cannot type anything into the vodafone.  No WiFi icon available when pulling the top of the screen down.  Cannot access WiFi because it asks for passsword via voice only  and doesn't recognise my password. 

Is there a firmware download to fix my vodafone?

If this was my phone I'd try a hard reset. Be aware this would delete data stored in the phones storage. If applicable remove any Sd card.

If this didn't help then the phone has a 24 month warranty. A Vodafone Highstreet store employee maybe able to help but if not then they could sent it away to their repair centre.

Woeking much better but still "pausing" and sending text messages before I finished.  But got the mobile working much better.  Thanks.
