Been having problems for days with my phone. Firstly the Facebook app just won't work. Secondly, at least 2/3 times a day I'm having to restart the phone, I can be in the middle of doing something, the screen freezes and then goes black. I've done a hard reset, but the problem is still happening.
I had the same problem and did a factory reset ( luckily I had backed up all my settings to Google) After the reinstall everything seemed okay but Facebook wouldn't open. I read online that its latest update is causing the problem so I uninstalled it and installed "mini Facebook", from Google play store and everything seems OK.
