How can I clear all messages from my Smart n8 email inbox (talktalk) at one go? I can delete them individually by swiping, but that will take a very long time.

I find this is a preference option for some email apps.

For example I use the email stock app on my Samsung Galaxy s8 and it has an edit option when I launch the App where it has a tick.box saying 'All'  

You could try another email app. 

Edit. Or access your email account via the browsers url bar and you maybe able to delete them all that way.

Thank you very much for your advice. I'm afraid I have not had any luck with either approach. I will probably just have to keep on deleting them invidually when I have time and patience!

I thought that maybe another email app in the Play Store would have sufficed. 

If you delete your emails directly in your email login via your browser then they should all disappear from your phone app. 

This happens when I do this with my imap type account
