Vodafone Sure Signal 3 - guests can't connect

Hi I have a sure signal 3 which works fine with my Iphone 5S
But the two guest I have registered do not connect to the SS. Any ideas?
The SS is connected to the Internet and works with my phone.

I've done a full 30 second reset but no change.

Anyone got any ideas.

Have you succesfully added the other numbers via My Vodafone? We can look into this if you contact Live help.

 

Please also make sure 3G is turned on, on all phones.

Yes both my guest phones have been registered via My Vodafone. But they do not connect automatically. I have de-registered them and then re-registered them but this didn't solve the problem. I have also done the full re-set on the SS, but this didn't solve the problem.

 

I can get both guest phones to connect if they are turned to "flight mode"  and then returned back to normal. However they do not connect again if you move out of the SS range and then return to within range.

 

Both guest phones are Iphone 5S.

 

My phone which is the phone registered as the lead with the S/S connects automatically - no problem at all (this is also an Iphone 5S)
