'I have been struggling for months with the incompatibility of the iPhone 5S and the Suresignal 3. It simply doesnt work.
I reset the unit re-register and it will work for a while then drops off leaving me thinking that I have a signal when in fact I am not receiving anything.
I have also been monitoring the 4G performance when travelling in 4G areas and this also is a waste of time.
I have contacted O2 and I will be moving to them and will be installing an 02 Boost Box.
Vodafone service sucks!

Can you take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread, and then post back your results if you’re not directed to an existing thread? We'll be happy to look into this with you if so.
For your 4G services, can you confirm you're on a 4G plan?

Hi Ben,
Unfortunately I have decommissioned the Suresignal and returned it to our comms provider.
I am awaiting a new O2 sim and Lucent Enterprise Boost Box.
Yes I am on a 4G plan and will be looking for compensation for its non performance.
