Vodafone Ultra 6 Smile Detection not turning off, so flash not working

Somehow the Smile Detection cant be turned off when I take a selfie shot, which means the flash wont work, making it useless. This just happened today without changing anything.

Have reset camea to default setting, and restarted, nothing

Hi. If you have tried different settings and they haven't worked then you may have to try a factory reset. If you do decide to try it then make sure everything you want is backed up.

I would suggest popping into your most local Vodafone Highstreet Store for the staff to take a look. 

If it turns out to be an issue with the phone then they can send it off under the 24 month manufacturing warranty.

I would suggest to take date and time stamped pictures of the phone to prove it's aesthetic condition prior to sending it off
