The App loads but now displays unable to find your details Vodaphone live chat don't seem able to sort the problem, it had been working fine but now seems to be in some kind of error loop btw I'm using Android 6.0.1 not Apple IOS.

Hi there
Have you cleared the cache and data via Application Manager. This should reload the app and it should find you. Do make sure that you do this where you have good 3G or 4G signal and don't use WiFi as it won't work over WiFi.
