When my pay monthly account was refreshed on 13th November all my allownces vanished from My Vodafone app and online account and I have been charged for calls. Phoned 191 and spoke to ladies in South Africa and Egypt who both promised action in 24 hours but nothing has happened. I am getting very frustrated with Vodafone as this is only one of the many problems I have encountered.

I can certainly understand why you would be frustrated with this.
Sometimes things go wrong which I'm sure many accept, but then it's importantly ultimately down to how it's put right that then counts ,and instills confidence back into the product and service. Communication is Key.
Maybe Live Chat can help further.
The forum is owned and also monitored by Vodafone U.K. We have members of the Vodafone Tech Team who are available to respond and Help where they can. They have the Vodafone logo next to their name so You know they are officially from Vodafone.
