i own the Samsung Note 7 since oct 2016, been told need to return it, went to the shop no one know what to do ask me phone 191, i phoned 191 keep to transfer me one department to other so i gave up i said i want to cancel my contract they ask why, i said because the phone cannot use and i paid £58 a month then put me on hold again another at least 15mins i gave up. Anyone had same problem??

Hi, did you not receive a message many months ago recalling that phone? I suspect as you have waited so long they thought all the phones had been returned by now. You may have to wait for one of the team here to catch your post and see if they can offer any help.

You should have had a few pieces of communication from Vodafone.
One being in October 16 to advise the charging capacity had been reduced to 60%
and then further contact to arrange return.
That plus all the Media Coverage and Samsung concerning the issues.
I would urge you to continue with speaking with Customer service on 191 or Live Chat or indeed await contact from your post here.

thank you for your reply, i did try the live chat not work the guy ask me phone 191, phoned 191 no one know what to do.
