Vodafone broadband ping

I do a lot of online gaming and even this applies to general browsing as it is, when I'm gaming or trying to access some websites it is literally unplayable because the ping is so bad for absolutely no reason (No one downloading no additional devices than normal) and most of the time it will even time out not allowing web access for a few seconds.

The spiking is unbearable and just whenever it feels like it nothing will work full stop and it'll be upwards of 500+ ping and time outs..

To continue these god awful drop outs this is me pinging the google server and trying to connect to it's web page.

What are all of these awful dropouts and why are they happening 20+ times of the day regardless of who's using the internet even when it's just one person this still happens.

This is just abysmal it's ridiculous and there is no valid reason as to why this is constantly happening

Is this via a wireless connection?

If so, is it possible for you to run the same test using a wired connection?
