Vodafone just can't be bothered!

I ordered the iPhone 6 on the 19th December. It came the next day which I was very pleased about. I requested to port my number over from O2 to Vodafone and after hours wasted being on the phone to Vodafone through out the process all they could tell me was 'it will be ported tomorrow, definitely tomorrow'. It is now 30th and only today has my previous number disconnected from my old phone. But hasn't ported to my new phone. Every time I call someone says 'it will be done by 8pm. There's no reason for it not to be ported over'. It's now been 10 days and i am not impressed considering that everyone I have spoken to had their number ported in a day! Each time I call I get rushed off the phone because they don't want to deal with a complaint. Don't lie to your customers and say something will be done if it won't be! Very unhappy with the Vodafone service! I am receiving no messages on my temporary number either. Such a hassle I should never have moved from o2!
