Also your local Vodafone Highstreet Store may have one in stock which you can find out by popping in. Unfortunately the telephone numbers for Highstreet stores are not available. 

If you can't find an appropriate option via the 191 IVR system then perhaps try choosing 'Thinking of Leaving' which will get you through to an agent.
