Vodafone smart 111 not loading

When i switch on my smart three it goes to the Vodafone splash screen and the stops loading.

Any help available on a solution for this?

It may be necessary to boot into recovery mode, if this is available on this device.  I'm afraid I'm not familiar with it so can't help you on that.

However, can you just confirm that your battery is fully charged?  This has been known to happen with an almost flat one?  Can you get the phone to work with the charger plugged in, by any chance?

Thanks for the reply, yes the untit was fully charged and yes I have tried to boot with it plugged into the charger and the charger plugged in.

Having checked on Twitter with Vodafone help I now have a sollution to this. Simply take the unit into a Vodafone outlet and have them send it away for repair then collect it again when it has been returned.

what about when your tablet just goes dead ? I switched it off and now nothing

If your tablet will now not turn on suggests it would need a repair.

You can do this by either going into your local Vodafone store or here.
