I closed my old contact January 4th 2017 and yet for an entire year I've had letters claiming I never paid a bill in November 2016. I contacted Vodafone several times about this including speaking to the debt agency the bill was refered to.
The number for the contact doesn't even exist anymore and even when I went into Vodafone stores they said they were unable to help or get access to the information for the account.
I am at my wits end now as I can't afford to just pay £240 when the bill WAS paid until I closed my contact in January 2017. Giving them 30 days notice for the closure. I then opened a new contact with EE.
Please help as I can't cope now.
