Hi please can you tech guys help me. My sure signal box hasn't been used for a while and has been suspended by Vodafone . They cited a 'fault' on it. There is no fault it's because it's not been used for a while. I want to deactivate it and the customer support in India and local shop are no help. They wanted £55 to 'repair' it. This is MY box and I have paid for it.i don't believe that Vodafone have a right to suspend its use. Anyway the serial number is 21230016467. Please can someone reactive this for me ? I am very grateful.

Hi Carolbennion, 

 

I'm afraid we can't reactivate (or deactivate) a suspended Sure Signal. 

 

The last time the Sure Signal connected with our servers was on the 03/09/2011. It does take a long time to fall into this state as you can see, as it is also out of warranty there is nothing we can do.
