New iPhone 5 and Sim but same mobile number - Sure Signal not working

I need some help please?

I've got a new iPhone 5 and sim but my mobile number has remained the same. 

My phone and sure signal box are not finding each other.  I keep switching the phone & sure signal box on and off but they're still not finding each other.

I live in an area where signal is really poor so really could do with some help.

My serial number of the sure signal box is 40111037251

Hi PJP,

When you change the SIM card, even if the number stays the same, you may need to re-register the number on the Sure Signal for it to pick up.

There are two ways you can do this.

 - Transfer ownership of the Sure Signal to a different number registered on it, then remove and re-register your number.

 - De-register the Sure Signal, then register it again from scratch.

I've checked the system to see if there's any sign you've tried either of these. The serial number shows that this box was de-registered some time ago, though, so can you check the Serial number is correct for me?
