Hi,

I have started using Vodafone wallet after getting my new sim and it's great.

However I have experienced an issue when trying to get a refund in a store. My receipt shows contactless used and a starred out number then 4 digits. I know this is not actually my card number and more like a device number. The store would not issue my refund as I couldn't match the number to anything on my phone. Having looked on Apple Pay, their app shows this number in the app to match but I can't find it anywhere.

Does anyone know where this number is located in the app? I don't want to have this issue again.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've used Apple Pay but not Vodafones Wallet. which the process is as described in this link. I'm not sure if it would be the same / similar for you.
