I had this same issue. My g4 developed the boot loop issue and they wanted £144 to repair it due to a slight ding in the outer casing. Eventually they agreed to fix it as the damage was not related to the hardware issue and they covered the cost. The troubles is now after two weeks the new replacement phone has developed an intermittent issue with the camera due to lose connection or soldering. After doing a live chat that said the store could replace the phone, then going to the store who said the could not I phoned them up. Not happy with the response I was given which was that they have to have had the phone sent back 3 times before they replace for another model I asked to speak to a manager. This was 1pm Wednesday and I was told they would contact me by 9pm that night, Friday morning after still not hearing anything I called them at 10am and they apologized and said someone would get back to me within a couple of hours. What a surprise it's now 5.30pm and still nothing. At this rate I may well be cancelling all 3 phones on my contract in the new year and going to a supplier that cares. Has anyone else had as many issues as this.
Update: gone 9pm and still no call. Vodafone should be ashamed of themselves. They may have the number one network but they have the worst policy's and a high lack of consistency in their customer relations. Most of the people I have spoken to have been good and tried to help but trying to escalate issues appears to be off Vodafone's radar.
24th Dec......Still no call

@taffrey1971 I've checked our inbox, however couldn't see any emails from yourself via the registered email address within your profile.
Please follow the instructions from the private message Natasha sent previously, with details on how to get in touch.
If you don't receive an automated response, we'd recommend trying on a different web browser, or even using a different email address.

Go direct to LG if its the Bootloop issue, it will be repaired for free, mine is withing 24 mnth warrenty and was repaired by LG. I didn't bother with Vodafone, a person on a previous post said avoid Vodafone repair as they don't understand the Bootloop issue. As long as your phone has no water damage and is in pretty good condition send to LG, thier number is:
Call an LG Support Representative
