Voicemail

I am locked out of my voicemail on my iPhone 4s even though I have used the correct pin. I am abroad at the moment and I don't want to get charged by ringing 191. How can it be unlocked?

According to recent posts by the Tech team it is not possible to reset you pin for Voicemail unless you are in the UK.
