WAP access blocked by Vodafone

Please can anyone help? Every time I try to access the web via 4G using  Safari on my iPhone 7 (or any other browser) it redirects to Vodafone Group Services Limited's page. It seems Vodafone has virused my phone with a useless page with 'offers' with no option to use the web. Also a Vodafone logo has appeared on every tab.

Can you please confirm if this happens when trying to access all websites?

Hi, the problem was inconsistent with  50-100% websites affected. I received a text this morning which advised that Vodafone Secure Net has been deactivated, which is peculiar since I've never requested this service. The problem has vanished since this morning. Thanks
