1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?  Seems to be just in one place.  dont have to travel far to get full 4g less than a mile.

2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs? WN3 4JQ

3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?

Yes still the same

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?

Notification just says "No Service"

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?

    All

6) When did you first notice this issue?

Sat 28th Jan

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

Permanent over 24 hours without a signal at home.

Hello @kbirc

I see no reported issues for your local  masts but on Zooming out on the map I can see some surrounding masts are showing issues which can occasionally have an impact on other masts as Vodafone maybe re routing network traffic to compensate

"We're trying to fix a network issue which might be affecting calls coverage. It’s still being worked on by our engineers. We'll update this page as soon as we know more."

Also some maintenance work has just been carried out. It can occasionally take a few days for this to settle.

"We've been doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls coverage. Sorry if you noticed any disruption - we were working between 11.59pm 26 Jan 2017 and 6am 27 Jan 2017."

From -> Vodafone Network Checker.

@kbirc I've checked your local serving site (518) and can see that it's performing as expected, with no dips in performance which would impact your service.

We've recently completed some maintanence work within your area to help improve coverage, as mentioned by @BandOfBrothers

The maintanence work finished on 27 January 2017 at 6am, however it can take up to 24 hours for the network coverage to stabalise.

Let us know if you're still experiencing issues.

Thanks both, still the same "no service" when I'm home. A five\ten minute walk and I get full 4g.

Never had an issue before. So this is frustrating.

I appreciate you looking into this.

Hmm I did that on Sunday, not sure why it didn't work. I went into my local Vodafone store and picked up a new sim, but it wasn't any better. However putting my sim into a different phone worked normally so it must be an issue with my handset. I've sent it back to Sony so will see what happens.

Thanks for your help.
