When will Vodafone catch up with EE and allow calls via wifi where ever as I can only have Suresignal at home but I also have friends elsewhere with no Vodafone signal as not in towns or by major roads?

Vodafone have released Calling over Wifi for eligable tariffs and for accepted compatible handsets.

That doesn't help as I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and cannot upgrade until January 2017. At home I have to use a Suresignal as Vodafone is the worst network in Great Totham Essex population 4500. My girlfriend lives in Stebbing Essex and no one uses Vodafone there as there is no signal as it is in a dip away from mats along the A120. Therefore people can only leave messages which I am unaware of as even texts fon't get through. Population 2000.

Why cannot there be a fix for older phones of one year or older that can communicate with wifi for Whatsapp and messenger with voip phone calls and messages and also messenger?

Problem is people other than immediate friends such as traders church congregation etc cannot contact me or me them on landlines or mobile numbers. Waste of inclusive minutes.
