Why can I not send regural text messages?

iPhone 5s...Yesterday from 4pm I am not able to Send any text message to any number... I have unlimited texts and I can still use my data and make calls. I haven't blocked anyone or changed any settings on my phone. I also restarted my phone couple of times, reseted network settings and still nothing... It's also everywhere I go so it can't be a problem with the network in area I live in... Can someone help me?!

Try a full reboot of the phone.

Hold the home and the on/off buttons down until the Apple logo appears and the release and let the phone restart.

When you try to send a message what error message are you seeing?

Already tried that and still nothing.
It keeps saying 'Not delivered'.

Check that somehow you have not turned sms off.

If that is OK log into your My Vodafone account and go to Manage settings and then BARS. check that the text message bar is set to 'Off'.With the new accounts system some people have found some bars on their account have been changed.
