Hi,
This is a known issue that Vodafone customer service and the Vodafone Support Team here are aware of. Have you spoken to Vodafone Customer Services?
Current Phone >
Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.

Your technical team is extremely fast. It last months right now. First time in Vodafone and never again. Friends told me true about vodafone, now I regret.

Hi @Heyhoramones, I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. We'll be adding any updates that we receive to our thread.

I ended up fixing this issue myself as I'd read a few forum threads on here and thought I'd save myself the time dealing with inept customer service and nonexistent technical help. It's not perhaps the easiest solution but after seeing what everyone else dealt with when talking to customer services it looks like doing anything is easier than waiting for them to fix it.
Just hop on Google and look for Private Internet Access VPN. It's cheap and effective.
For those who don't know, a VPN is a virtual private network. It creates an encrypted connection between you and one of their secure servers so no data can be read between these points, not even by your Internet service provider (Vodafone in this case) or the government of you think your tin foil hat is stylish. The benefit of this is of course that any of your Internet provider's content restriction will not be effective as it doesn't know what you're looking at. So in the case of having my Web browser forwarded to the Vodafone site map (which is a ridiculously stupid way of blocking content btw, try giving some user feedback, it's basic user experience 101) whenever I go to various pages it doesn't know where I'm going so it doesn't cause a problem. There are full instructions on the website for setting up a VPN on your Android or Apple phone, just Google Private Internet Access and go from there.
Hope this helps anyone with future issues googling this thread like I did.
P. S. Vodafone, get your ##~## together
