Hi there I just upgraded my phone and contract to iPhone 7. This is the first phone I’ve had which can handle Wi-Fi calling. It’s on a monthly contract. When I try to enable Wi-Fi calling on the phone it says need to contact Vodafone to activate on the account. Did this yesterday and still not working. Had several conversations with tech team but no solutions working. Anyone else had this issue and got a working resolution?

Hi
This support link may help > Vodafone wi-fi-calling.
"Text CALLING to 97888 (no charge)"
Also check in your myvodafone that calling over WiFi is turned On.

Thanks for the help ... but tried that to no avail. Odd thing is that it’s both my phone/contract and my wife’s...both bought the same day.

I have read that some people have resolved this by turning off Calling Over WiFi in their myvodafone for 24 hours.
Send the 'calling text and after 24.hours turn it back on in your myvodafone.

Hi bizarrely now working. The last thing they had me try earlier was reset of network settings. Didn’t appear to work...but turned off again a few times and now ok
