Hi.
Have a new Samsung S6, and when ordering through online chat, i was assured that wifi calling will be enabled, one of the main reasons I chose this phone and to stay with vodafone in the first place as I have absoloutely no signal in my new house what so ever!
The option to enable wifi calling is nowhere to be seen in the phone under any of the settings or application menus. After turning to YouTube and Google, I know exactly how to enable it... it's just not there!
Can anyone shed a bit of light on to this for me as I'm pretty frustrated!
Thanks!
(I have a sure signal box, but that's decided not to work with the new phone either!)
Solved! Go to best answer.

if you got a new sim card with the phone you'll need to get the Sure Signal reset so it can pick up the new sim card. Live chat should be able to help you with that.
Wi Fi calling is definitely coming but no one knows when and Vodafone won't tell you until it actually arrives.

No one with any phone on this network can use Wi Fi to make phone calls yet.
