Hi.
I've seen similar posts as in when an update to firmware was accepted this affected Calling Over WiFi feature.
Was your Samsung supplied directly from Vodafone?
The Vodafone Tech Team are aware of this situation that's affecting some people.
It maybe helpful if you can screenshot your firmware info found in the phones settings and upload it here. I assume you are still on Marshmallow.

Hi there. Yes my Samsung was supplied direct as an upgrade. I have attached a screenshot of the version info.

I asked if the phone was supplied by Vodafone as even though some attained Calling over wifi even if the samsung phone wasn't supplied directly by Vodafone that was an exception and not the norm.
I think youll need to perservere with Customer services and hope they send out a carrier update asap to rectify this.
I cant really compare your software version to mine as my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge was purchased sim free from Samsung so receives untouched updates from Samsung.
