Wifi calling has disappeared since last update on Samsung Galaxy S7

This is twice in as many months, I've recieved an automatic update, after which wifi calling has completely gone. The option is no longer on the menu. I live in an area with a bad signal so I've basically had no service when at home for two months. Done a full reset, sent the text to request it again. This is clearly a software issue. The staff in the Vodafone store are useless, they have not got a clue. When are you going to fix this Vodafone or do I have to contact ofcom for breach of contract?

After nearly an hour on the phone including referring to the various online posts, the tech support were useless. I was told I'd have to send my phone off for repair, despite the issue being resolved previously with a software update remotely. Vodafone tech support clearly don't have a clue.

This is a strange one. I would recommend following the advise from tech and sending it in for repair. I appreciate that it's been resolved remotely before, but as this isn't possible this time for some reason, we'll need to have a closer look into this.

Hi Sarah

Phone received back today after being repaired and reflashed and guess what....still no wifi calling despite it being active on my account. At no point was any adviser aware that Google has removed it by mistake from their last update. It has still not been patched by Vodafone. This is now my third month of paying a premium to use a phone only 50℅ of the time ie when I am not in my flat. I specifically purchased this handset direct from Vodafone because I need wifi calling. I feel very let down and will be contacting ofcom for a breach of contract.

Same issue here with Samsung S7 Edge. WIFI calling removed by update. Have tried factory reset twice to no avail. Vodafone support are clueless as are their shops. I hope they can get their act together but wont hold my breath.

I have both called your "tech" team and also visited one of your stores. Both had no clue as to how to solve ths issue. I am left with a phone that no longer is able to make WIFI calls and am not happy.

In the end, after several hours on the phone Vodafone are sending me a replacement handset and a sure signal box as a stop gap measure.
