Wifi calling has disappeared since last update on Samsung Galaxy S7

This is twice in as many months, I've recieved an automatic update, after which wifi calling has completely gone. The option is no longer on the menu. I live in an area with a bad signal so I've basically had no service when at home for two months. Done a full reset, sent the text to request it again. This is clearly a software issue. The staff in the Vodafone store are useless, they have not got a clue. When are you going to fix this Vodafone or do I have to contact ofcom for breach of contract?

This is a technical problem between Vodafone and the manufacturers (Samsung) which is being ignored and needs to be resolved. Currently Vodafone are selling a service that does not work. The whole point of wifi calling is to get a signal where one does not exist and was the reason I renewed my contract specifically with a phone that supports it. Really bad service from Vodafone. Do they not check these things before releasing software updates? This is the third time this year this has happened. I will not be renewing my contract with Vodafone and they are lucky I am still with them.

Agreed! I have also had to now buy a SureSignal as I have no signal at home - £70 extra for a service I should have for free.

I'd ask them to pay for it given they are not providing the service you are paying for. I got one for free after threatening to leave which I would have been within my rights to do!
