Wifi calling not working

I have a number on a Red plan and using an iphone 6S but when I try and turn on wifi calling it says contact Vodafone to enable this. I have spoken with Vodafone and they have told me several times wifi calling is not available for business customers. You website says this though,

"This is only available to our Pay monthly customers and business customers on Red Bundles, Red Value Bundles and Red+, and business customers on Business Premier."

From page https://www.vodafone.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/consumer/network-and-coverage/vodafone-wi-fi-calling...

I meet that criteria yet still not working.

Is your website correct or are the people in your call centre correct please?

Thanks

Hi

I would suggest the information on the website is current and correct.

If you have spoken with Vodafone via Live Chat then try customer service on 191 or visa versa.

Maybe send the text CALLING to 97888.

Hi,

You should be able to activate WI-FI calling in your settings.

If this isn't working I would recomend calling 191 or using Vodafone Live Chat where an agent should be able to help you get your WI-FI call working.

Thanks, as I put in the post above when I did this the phone told me to call Vodafone.

Anyway after repeatedly being told by call centre staff it was not possible for a business customer to have wifi calling I tried the online chat. A helpful man in India got the service added to my number and all now working fine.

Very disappointed with the call centre staff as what a complete waste of time. They are obviously not being told the correct information and trained properly

Fantastic!

I understand your concernes with the call centre staff, it seems to be a case of no one listens to each other as you get told different things.

However, like I said I am glad you got this sorted 🙂
