Last week I ordered the 12.9 inch iPad Pro and was instead sent out a 9.7 normal iPad 2017 Vodafone have stated that if I return the iPad to them I will have 1 active line (I’m cleared for 2) will it be as simple as the iPad 2017 drops off my account to be replaced with the iPad Pro I’ve had nothing but problems trying to do an exchange and Vodafone said this is the only option.

You are already a Vodafone customer and have been credit checked. It won't be done a second time.
Vodafone are only cancelling your original order and sending out the correct device.

Thank you! That’s good to know. I have had nothing but problems and would expect more from such a company. The Egyptian advisor couldn’t speak very good English and definitely misheard my order then it turns out the pro is out of stock now I have to wait till some silly bag comes out and up to 10 days for them to receive it. Not very happy lol
