Never have I ever had such poor internet. Speed is great when it works. But on average. It drops a minimum of 5 times. And thats just in the evenings. Home today, and its happened 30 plus times!!! Never had outages with be broadband, bulldog, plusnet and virgin. Only planned outages. Having multiple drops a day. I cant explain how much stress this is.

And once again. Impossible to call. And live chat is down.... Like 99% of the time.

Will be cancelling as soon as possible. But even that will be a long drawnout process.

STAY AWAY FROM VODAFONE BROADBAND. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.

Hi @Khawars

It's a shame it's got to this level with you wanting to leave.

I assume you've tried generic troubleshooting like changing wireless Channels & splitting the frequencies ?

Are you tethered or using Wifi ?

I'm wondering if the router itself is at fault.

What's general signal like.

Current Phone  >

Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.

they really pushed it when I was upgrading my mobile

There are lots of factors that can affect broadband reliability, many of which are beyond Vodafone's control. Please try and engage with Livechat/Vodafone's helpline.

UPDATE:

On the 30th October. Managed to get through. And cancel vodafone broadband. They said they would cancel the following day. Then I received a letter from Vodafone. Saying that they will be cancelling on the 22nd November . They disconnected my intermittent broad off, on the 3rd November. They have taken 2 months payment. Yet I never received any one day. Of decent internet. So far they have said, on the letters. That I will be paying no cancellation fees. But will have to wait and see. Will be asking for a deadlock letter. As it is pathetic that they have taken 2 months pay. For nothing.

Have since joined Plusnet. Was activated early on 14th November. And I have yet to have the internet drop. So so far, very happy with them.

STAY AWAY FROM VODAFONE. NO WONDER THEY WERE FINED ALOMOST £5 MILLION FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
