Why does no one take ownership of a problem at Vodafone? Why as a customer are you passed around from team to team, having to repeat your problem time and time again as the Vodafone teams do not speak to each other, just pass you onto another queue where you get to listen to the same music? When you do speak to someone who states they can sort your issues out you find the next day or so they have not and you have to repeat the process again. Truly awful customer service, it is unbelievable.
I have been a customer since 2003, agreed new tariff over the phone last December, have not been on the tariff but on my old one. Get constant texts stating I owe money, even though I have had a DD setup for over 13 years. I get emails with the wrong bill amount. Ring up, spend an hour or two speaking to various people and being put on hold, get an apology, even credit on some occasions, as they state that I am on the correct tariff but being billed on my old one. State it has all be changed, things quiet for a week or so and then the process begins again with text messages stating I owe money, I have even had my services suspended. Ring up again, some people see both old and new tariffs, some only see one, others have nothing on their systems concerning my account! Get told I have not paid anything for months, well I have six months line rental for free and credit on top, I also pay by DD. I ask them to playback the conversation of me agreeing to the tariff. They say they will and then get back to me. They never do!
Have a PAC code now, have written to Ofcom, have another person waiting to listen to previous calls as I am now being told I owe £40 and that I have not paid anything even though a week earlier I was told I had £9 credit remaining from a previous call when they compensated me for my troubles. Want to leave now, do not want any compensation, do not want to deal with the worst customer service I have ever experienced again. Vodafone were the best network when I joined years ago but they are truly awful now. I cannot believe they have the bloody cheek to send me texts stating they have been voted the number one network, really!!! What I have read is they are the most complained about network. If you are going to join them then get them to give you written evidence of the contract you agreed, I have not got my Netflix and had nothing but trouble.

Hi
I'm not surprised your frustrated at this.
Please be aware a PAC code only remains live for 30 days. After that timeframe if you've not given it to your new network you'll need to ask for a new one.
As this is involving bills them I'd suggest checking with Experian that nothing has been reported on your Credit File.
The Vodafone Team here read all posts so please so give them a chance to respond to offer some official help.
