Written notice?

The question is simple. Where to send written notice? Please answer with either postal address or email - whichever suffices for contract termination.

I'm sorry to hear you are leaving Is there anything I can help with

If you want to end your contract, please write to us giving one calendar months notice. You can send us a letter or an email - you will need to give the following information :

* the account name, and account number
* the invoice address
* the mobile number to be terminated
* the date of termination
* the name of the account owner / administrator
* tell us if you need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code)
* if the account has a password, please quote this in the letter or email.
