hi I have had such awful time with data dongle issues , every time i have topped up £25 for 15g the data cuts out, when i have barely used any .- note im not an idiot and it is not being used ,or delayed updating the amount used , as 1) using three dongle this never happens, ever , and 2) when have contacted cust service they have confirmed my usuage is way under eg the 15gb
now what KEEPS happening is i have to go through the hassle and it is a massive hassle of hour long webchats to customer services , and them giving me, the 15gb (or the remainder) in random amounts, oh we can only do 3gb , 6 gb (it keeps changing), and then we have to go through it all over and over to get my paid for amount put on my dongle. there have been many instances of me being cut off, ignored , and sometimes very seemingly helpful staff, who appear to be helping/sorting , but then the same issue happens. or promise to call and nobody does. i have honestly spent well over a hundred pounds (as often have to top up using three diff dongle, to be able to use laptop, when have already paid for dongle top up on vadofone)
have just applied for contact to hopefully be better. in meantime my last 15gb top up...same thing ,and so had 6gb, then 6gb given. today /yesterday, spoke customer service and he put 4gb on it. i have used about 800mb and the date nearly gone. again not through my use. this is not from my use. the three doesnt do it. the cust service have seen my usgae and confirm it etc .
add to this i am severely sick with multiple serious health conditions and neuro conditions, so phone calling is a big problem for me and symptoms. i would really like somebody competent and helpful to give me an email i can email them,and we can sort this , out of principal, for remaining of my data, and to have a liason with me,via email,if my new contract sim arriving few days, does the same. it is so so so furstrating and i have had such an awful time with this. many thanks appreciate any customer service/admin help

so with this final 4gb, i have used 540mb today , and yet the 4gb i was given today on phone, and there is only 200mb left.
