So here is whats happened. I have the V1 style box and it works great. A friend bought one of the new style boxes and couldnt get it to work. So I told her to bring it to my house and plug it in to test as I know mine works.
So I unplugged mine and plugged hers in - it didnt work. So I unplugged it and plugged mine back in. 3 green lights.
BUT - No phones (2 iphones and a BB) will connect to my suresignal any longer ?????
Tried hard reset, made no difference.
Then went to my dad's who has a v1 suresignal which i have permission to connect to and STILL no connect.
So somehow vodafone seems to have locked us all out ??? How to fix. ???

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
