cancelled contract still on creditfile

Hi, i had issues with a new contract taken out last year been put on a business tarrif, the only way i got it resolved was via the directors office, they had to close down the original contract and set up a new one,

Its come to light with a remortgage that I have 2 active vodafone contracts showing on my credit file.... i need to get the old one marked as closed....

Any ideas?

Yes @Cjp2k usually Customer Services on 191 can escalate this to the relevant department who then update their records which in turn updates what the Credit Houses hold on your Credit File. 

Alternatively the Vodafone Social Media Team here who read all posts and do help where they can so please give them a little time to reach yours.
