cant recieve phone calls but i can make them

hello! i am using a galaxy s6 edge, and im having a little trouble at the moment!

symptoms are;

when people are calling me, its telling them my number is not recognised. so i cant recieve any calls! But i can still make outgoing calls to other numbers. i can also send & recieve texts.. just not recieve calls... HELP PLEASE!!!

My couple of questions are...

Have you recently ported to Vodafone from another network ?

Can you try your Sim Card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out the phone or sim card that may be at fault. Try another Sim in your phone. If necessary any Vodafone Shop can replace the Sim Card via a Sim Swap.
