I was supposed to have my old number transferred today after I provided you with my PAC code. However I have no service since 12am today. What is the cause of the issue?

Have you tried powering down the phone and restarting it? Sometimes you need to do this to refresh it on the network.
If it's still not working what status does it say at the top of the phone? Do you get 'VodafoneUK' but still no service, or is it a 'No Service' message? If you let the team on here know this they'll be able to look into it for you.

I tried swtching my phone off and starting it back on every hour during the day. Still no change. I don't have any Vodafone uk at the top. It just says no service. I can't even call 191 to contact the Vodafone services.

You could try contacting customer services using Live Chat. They have account access.
