I have logged into my vodafone account and tried to register my sure signal box.
It allows me to enter my address and the box serial no, Sure Signal Name and floor number.
whether I press 'add users' or 'submit without adding users' I get the following message: (Sorry, this Sure Signal can’t be changed at the moment. Please try again later) I have tried sevral time keep getting the same message. my router is a bt hub 3.

Hi ktaldo,
We were having a few issues with the online account system yesterday which has now been resolved.
Please can you give this another go and if you are still having trouble, contact the team here to get it manually registered.
