change of sure signal

my sure sigal box is dead, fuse had gone in plug the has been replaced  still no lights but 13amp socket on the front is live. 

Am I able to use a sure signal box that has been registered by someone else at a different address and no longer used,   change the details and re register my phones

Regards to the other Sure Signal the original owner would need to de register it and then you can register it and update the postcode.

If it hasn’t been used for 3 months then it may have been suspended so customer service would need to possibly re activate it. If it’s not been used for 12 months + then it will not work at all on the Network again.
