contract phone has not arrived

I have recently been offered a Samsung Galaxy S5 contract phone, the order was placed last thursday and I was told that i would recieve it this week, It has not arrived, dcould you tell me where it is please

Your quickest option is to talk to Live Chat (Contact Us at the bottom of the page).  If you have the order number, that'll help.

I have tried the live chat and nothing has worjked, thanks for your help though i will try something different as i want to know where it is

When you say nothing has worked, do you mean they can't trace the order?   That's surprising, especially if you have an order number.
