Hello, would it be possible to de-register My suresignal box as i would like to register it to my account, it was registered to my partners account. The serial number is 21197178409.
The SureSignal box can be deregistered from your partner's account online through My Vodafone. As the device isn't registered against your account, your partner will need to be the one to get in touch with Vodafone if they aren't able to deregister it online.
