i recently moticed an adverse default on my credit score due to a missed payment. at not stage was I notified of a missed payment. as soon as i was contacted i paid in full. i am obviously responcible for missed payments. i am also aware that a company can remove this as a gesture considering the miscommunication. If someone could contact me i would appreciate it. many thanks

This is a public forum, so you might want to remove your phone number - anyone can pick it up and spam it.
In the first instance, contact Customer Services so that they can take the details. Then ask for it to be escalated to the Credit File Support Team, who will have access to the full history (CS probably won't at this stage). If anything can be done, they're the people who'll do it.
