Just wondered if anyone could help!

Ordered a Sure Signal 3 weeks ago and not deivered and have tried contacting Voda

I've been thru this scenario 3 time in the last 2 weeks

Get on Instant Messaner - wait around 40 mins for a response. They pass you thu to a call center who ring you. They then put you into another queue (never been less than 30 minutes) and when ive been taken off hold they just put the phone down! Its just unbelievable ive never experienced support this bad in any technology putchase ive ever made! It must be common practice as its happened 3 times ;(

So 3 weeks in ive got no device and wasted 4 hours.

 

Can anyone suggest another approach ...or ill actually have to write a letter in the hope it gets a response. Welcome to online self service ..unbelievable (sorry just got rather annoyed at the 3rd attempt)

 

Any ideas?
